Chapter 1,. look out!!!
One morning I was out riding my bike with my friend Courtney she was writing a little purple beach cruiser and I was riding a yellow and white beach cruiser as we coasted down our neighborhood we decided to race and I was losing Courtney was taking the far lead and I was just desperate to catch up I pedded as hard as I could and as fast as I could until I was right behind her tail light! I was about to pass her when I was sideswiped to The ground by a girl who was not paying any attention!
Whoa I said as I fell off my bike oh hey watch it watch yourself she said trying to hold back a cry then she started running away seen this Courtney turned around and came towards me to see if I was okay are you and I interrupted her go investigate what happened I'm going to go after that girl who knocked me off my bike then I hopped onto my bike and went after that mysterious girl hey I said stop right there and so she did and I blew right past her she turned around and went in the opposite direction and into an alley as did I, I rode through swampy puddles and hit a mop that was up against the building! Stop I yelled,I just want to talk, at last she started to get tired and stopped to catch her breath! What do you want from me? she said. I just want to know why you knocked me off my bike and then just ran off? As you can tell I'm not taking it too kindly what you did to me so I want some answers! Then she sat on the curb. I put my bike on kickstand and sat down as well!
then we started to talk but that she was speaking she kept on saying she did nothing wrong but I knew something was up why are you running away she looked at me and then back at her lap again she then said look I'm sorry I pushed you off your bike but I've got big trouble big trouble I asked how big then she told how big her back when she lived in New York she hung out with the wrong kind of people she also said that she and her so-called friends were breaking into stores and steal money and they would pick pocket people finally she continued we got caught by the police and we were all taken to court at first we're also just 8 years in prison but then on my first day of jail this nice guy named Mr Barn towers came to pay my bill he said in return of him paying the bail I am to do his lawn work until I turn 18 then I asked where are your parents? I wasn't worth it I didn't have any parents oh well what does this have to do with you being in big trouble the judge said that this was my final warning and that I better not let this happen again I have a helper her name is Jane and we work the same hours well I was about to speak when she said I'm getting up to that part I just sat there and shock wondering how she knew what I was I was going to ask she then continued recently Mr Barnes said that if I and Jane work our hardest and keep his yard tidy he will put us on his will but the bad news is he also said that he was going to put wicked Wally on his will too you know while you know Wally right then I looked up at her and said wicked Wally who doesn't then she laughed a little wicked Wally I like that she said well anyway we could Wally she could go a little found out about my past and is trying to use it to his advantage he told me that he would do anything he can to make sure that my name won't be on that will and finally today I was accused of breaking with savon towers Brown clock you see Wally had a rope tied around the clock and other and was tied to a door knob Wally fake Mr Barn towers voice and said someone please come and make me some tea, and me trying to be a help rushed on the scene but I tripped on the road and down the clock fell Mr barnwell was very angry and told me to leave I tried to explain but he just wouldn't listen so I left and that's why I smashed into you, sounds like you have quite a case I said well I'm sorry for being mad at you what was your name again my name is Anna Marie well hi Anna Marie I'm Andrew, Andrew Garner and I'm going to help you prove that you're innocent!!
